Warehouse Operator with Forklift Licences

We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our Warehouse team at DVL- Ireland’s largest leading Bonded Warehouse, a specialist in alcoholic drinks.  We are looking for warehouse operatives with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join our team. Two Locations available: Dublin 15 & Swords, Co. Dublin

The duties of the Warehouse Operative include but are not limited to:

• Receiving of products which will include physical unloading, pallet build to agreed specification, put away to location on the racks
• Picking of products which will include, case picking, pallet picking, pallet wrapping, shipping and loading pallets, preparing orders for dispatch
• Keeping paperwork up to date, checking for damaged or missing items, working in a team environment, responsible for general warehouse duties
• Responsible to maintain accuracy throughout all processes, ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Manual Handling Certificate, Forklift Licence or experience working on Order Picking Machines (Man-ups, VNA’s) desirable as well as previous experience in a busy warehouse

Logistics Co-Ordinators

DVL is seeking Logistics Co-Ordinators to join our Warehouse Logistics team at DVL- Ireland’s largest leading Bonded Warehouse, a specialist in alcoholic drinks. We are looking for Logistics Co-Ordinators with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join our team in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15. Immediate start.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing Goods In & Orders for Dispatch on the Warehouse Management System
• Liaising with Customers & dealing with Customer queries
• Liaising with Warehouse Operatives
• General Office Administration Duties
• Co-ordinating the shipping movements with Shipping Companies

The ideal Candidate will have

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems
• Experience in operating a Warehouse Management System

Logistics Co-Ordinators Trading Division

We are seeking Logistics Co-Ordinators to join our Trading Division at DVL- Ireland’s largest leading Bonded Warehouse, a specialist in alcoholic drinks.  We are looking for Logistics Co-Ordinators with a very good communication skills and excellent attention to detail to join our trading division in Swords Office. Immediate start.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organize inbounds / outbounds and update the schedule on a daily basis
• Liaise with the Trading Co-Ordinator regarding all aspects of any movements.
• Liaise with hauliers & receiving bonded warehouses to ensure a smooth operation
• Create / verify release notes for all outbound movements
• Create / verify customs documents for all outbound movements
• Update the inbound / outbound schedule entries to reflect any past activities as well as upcoming movements
• Update the stock levels on a daily basis accounting for any new inbound / outbound (landing stock, dispatching stock, inventory control)
• Liaise with the warehouse staff to ensure the stock movements are managed properly

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 2 years within a logistics coordinator role
• Proven experience working with hauliers, transporters and customs agents
• Excellent communication skills
• Be highly attentive to detail

The ideal Candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Bonded Warehouse operations
• Knowledge of EMCS / Customs documentation for excisable products
• Knowledge of Vintner or similar bonded warehouse system
• Own Transport
